Fans of Buckfast are in for a treat as a Glasgow restaurant has come up with a cool new way of serving it.
The Hard Rock Cafe in Buchanan Street has launched the Tonic BOOM!
The drink is made up of Buckfast Tonic Wine, Beefeater Gin, raspberry syrup and elderflower syrup topped up with 7up Free.
They announced their new creation on Facebook and it caused quite a stir.
Andy Hay commented: “Sounds like heaven. Apart from the gin aspect which will make you cry lol.”
Meanwhile, other social media users had their own recipes for Buckie cocktails.
Fiona Black said: “Doing it aw wrong…it has to be ice cold Buckie with ice cold Dry Cider and lashings of ice and a slice or two of lime…purrrrttfect.”
